Great views from the room and friendly staff who gave us a tour of the area upon our arrival. The food was good and we appreciated the variety of options available. the location was convenient and close to all the main tourist attractions.
The rooms were small and outdated, with uncomfortable beds and questionable cleanliness. The air conditioning was not working properly and the staff took too long to fix it.

An excellent place for exploring Lahad Datu. The area contains some restaurants like Khadijah Ikan Bakar within 5 minutes' walk...

Nestled in the heart of the jungle, guests can immerse themselves in a unique experience, trekking up muddy hills, relaxing by the river, and swimming in waterfalls. the rooms are clean and spacious, complete with an ensuite bathroom. the staff are helpful and attentive, offering a satisfying breakfast and knowledgeable tour guides ready to provide an unforgettable experience with Malaysia's wildlife.
The location is remote, and some guests may find the trekking and hill climbing strenuous.

Located close to nature, it was nice to see wild animals. the option of WiFi was great for keeping in touch with family and friends back home. the food was good and I loved trying the different dishes.
The accommodation could have been better. the bed wasn't comfortable and the room was not completely cleaned upon arrival.
